Booking Policy: To confirm a reservation, guests are required to make full prepayment of the total booking amount at the time of booking.
A reservation shall be considered confirmed only upon successful receipt of full payment. The property reserves the right to cancel any reservation for which full payment has not been received.
Payment may be made via valid credit card or bank transfer, as specified during the booking process.wise agreed upon with the host.
Cancellation Policy: All reservations are strictly non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation, modification, no-show, or early departure, the total booking amount shall be retained and no refund shall be issued under any circumstances.
Guests are advised to ensure the accuracy of their travel dates prior to confirming the reservation. The property recommends obtaining appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Check-in/Check-out Policy: Check-in is at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
Occupancy Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed in each villa is specified on the booking page. Additional guests may be allowed upon request and subject to additional fees.
Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required.
Smoking and Pet Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the villas, and pets are not allowed without prior approval from the host.
Noise and Disturbance Policy: Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors. Loud music and parties are not allowed on the property.
Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or check-in to cover any damages or violations of the rental agreement.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.
By making a booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions and any additional policies or rules specified by the host. The host reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
