Securing the reservation: any client who makes a reservation on the accommodation will be required within five (5) working days to pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost. In case of non-payment of this amount, the reservation will be lost.
- Payment of the reservation: Payment of the remaining amount will be made upon arrival at the villa.
3.Cancellation policy: in case the payment of the deposit has been made by the client, however, cancel any time no free cancellation policy is indicated by our accommodation. In any case, no cancellation fee is not guaranteed by our cancellation policy.
4.No-show case: If the client has made a reservation and paid the deposit, but does not show up, the deposit is automatically blocked without any provision for its return.
5.Minimum period of stay: The minimum period of stay is set at 2 days.
6.Maximum number of persons: Depending on the type of accommodation the respective guests can be accommodated. For the Dimado accommodation in Nea Peramos, up to 4 persons can be accommodated, either adults or children. Similarly for the Villa Dimado accommodation in Nea Irakleitsa can accommodate up to 6 people, either adults or children.
7.Arrival and departure time: Arrivals can be made between 15:00 and 18:00 and departures between 10:00 am and 11:00 am. In any case, it is possible to contact us in case the client wishes to depart or arrive outside the scheduled time.
8.Behaviour in the accommodations area: The client who chooses one of our accommodations becomes responsible for the behaviour of both himself and those who stay with him for the duration of their stay. Any damage to the property should be reported directly to the responsible parties, and the cost of repair or replacement is the sole responsibility of the client. In the event that the client who made the reservation or any other member of the people living in the villa behaves in a detrimental manner towards the property and its contents, the owner or key holder has the right to ask all guests to leave the property immediately, with 100% of the reservation cost being retained.
9.Entertainment at the properties: Entertainment events and any functions involving a greater number of guests than the maximum number of guests specified are strictly prohibited.
10.Policies for children: Children are accepted at dimado apartments It is the customer’s responsibility to inform the property if there are any children and their exact age at the time of booking.
11.Cleanliness: The accommodation has already been cleaned before the arrival of the guests. Linen and towels are changed every 3 days. Tenants must leave the villa in an acceptable condition on departure.
12.Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms of the accommodation. Smoking guests may smoke on the balcony of the room or on the terrace of the villa.
13.Extension of stay: A policy of extending the stay beyond the specified period of the reservation is not appropriate. In any case the client can contact us for further information.
14. Pet policy: Pets are not allowed in these accommodations.
